Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP)
The Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) is a small group workshop focused on techniques to manage diabetes symptoms, including fatigue, pain, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, stress, and emotional challenges like depression, anger, fear, and frustration.
Participants will learn about healthy eating, proper foot care, and how to use glucose monitoring to make daily decisions and manage sick days.
